Compliant to HDMI 1.3a specification up to 2.25 Gbps.
Down Spread Spectrum (SSC) support output interface
VGA DAC work range up to 270mHz. But the available bandwidth over 2 lane HBR link limits pixel clock rate to 240mHz at 6bpc or 180mHz at 8bpc.
